What the work involved
The site served two phases: pre-event as an information and agenda hub, and post-event as a content archive.
This project had a tight turnaround, with the event starting in a couple of weeks. I designed the pages and visual structure to work across both uses, within Fujitsu's enterprise brand guidelines. Due to the timeframe, short lifespan of the event and scale of the site, we opted for a self-hosted platform instead of a custom cms build.
After an rapid production cycle, the site launched alongside the event and was successfuly used across both the pre-event and post-event phases.
