What the work involved
The app needed to feel premium and personal, consistent with a well-known athlete's brand, while being clear and functional enough for everyday workout use.
I designed the core app screens including onboarding, program selection, navigation, workouts and an exercise library, working within the established brand guidelines.
The marketing site served a different purpose, communicating the app's value to new users and supporting download conversion. I designed the page layouts and visual hierarchy to reflect the brand's tone: warm, credible, and grounded in real athletic expertise.
The app launched successfully across iOS and Android, and was featured across a range of women's health, lifestyle and fitness channels. The visual system held up across the full content range.
