Jennis Fitness
Jennis is a consumer fitness app built around Jessica Ennis-Hill's training philosophy.
I led the visual design of the mobile app and the marketing site, translating a high-profile personal brand into a scalable digital product experience.
Deliverables:
Web app UI/UX
Mobile app UI/UX
Jennis Fitness
The challenge:
Establish a visual design language strong enough to carry a celebrity brand at launch, while ensuring the app UI could support a growing content library without breaking down. Both the app and marketing site needed to work as a coherent system, even though they served very different user needs.

Process:
Working within brand guidelines established for the wider Jennis identity, I designed the core app screens around the primary user jobs: discovering workouts, tracking progress, and navigating a growing content library. Key decisions included course selection process, progression indication and control (within individual exercises), and overall layout hierarchy.

On the marketing side, the priority was converting new users and communicating the brand's warmth and credibility. I worked closely with our Creative Director and Head of Content to ensure the site and app felt like a single brand world despite serving different user contexts.

Outcome:
The app launched successfully on both iOS and Android, and was featured across a range of women's health, lifestyle and fitness channels. The visual system held up across the full content range, with the app gaining a dedicated user base
